We grow a large number of bedding flats, hanging baskets, and plant container gardens. Choose from a large variety of sizes and flower combinations or bring your empty pots, choose your flowers, and we will plant them for you.

Fairfield Farms is the only remaining farm tract in a town that once had more than a dozen farms producing different kinds of vegetables, from horseradish and rhubarb to broccoli and cauliflower. For nearly 25 years, from 1975 to 1999, Fairfield Farms operated a large produce market on the farm and transported their produce to five additional farmers’ markets in and around northern New Jersey.
In 1999, the market house and 12 greenhouses moved to another part of the farm. For 10 years, the emphasis shifted to growing flowers in the spring and summer and agritourism during September and October. In 2010, we opened a produce market at the Big Piece Rd. location. Since then, we have become famous for selling the sweetest corn and tastiest Jersey tomatoes and peaches "on the planet".
The typical fresh produce available from Fairfield Farms includes:
